****** of my free gift

I was sent an email from Lotto Star which I was given a R50 gift I opted in and was never given the gift and was told by the agent that I did not get it due to the time of 48hrs which I told him I was in the time . I'm really disappointed with them and that is why I stopped playing with Lotto Star and I will not be doing so in a while. Why promise customers if you can't deliver.
