They are quick to be able to take your money when you have to deposit it. I wanted to withdraw the money and now they say i need to fica it. Which i understand. They have now got all my documents, except a proof of address as i do not have any statements with my address on them. So they said i need to send a declaration letter with my husbands certified copy of ID, utility bill and I even sent through a letter that my husband had signed to state i live at the same address as he does. Apparently i need to get another copy of his ID as they are not able to see his face. So now i need to go and get another certified copies of his ID. They make it so difficult for you to get your money out of the account. It is pathetic how you struggle to get your money out of them but they quick to take your money.
