Money Disappearing from Account Without Playing

Lotto Star is not listening. Their customer service agents have so far been dreadful. The other night, my balance suddenly went to zero without me playing. A short while later my balance was back. Then it went to zero again. I chatted to customer service and their best answer was to hit F5. Without pressing F5, the balance suddenly returned. I took screenshots of this incident the same night. The screen grabs contain the dates of the incident and their properties contain the time they were taken.

So, I started to record my updated balance. When I went to sleep, I had R4 007 in my account. When I woke up, R12 had disappeared. Lotto Star's system had reflected this last night but this morning it does not. The customer service agent I spoke to insists I never had that R12 and she wants screen grabs for last night's balance even though I told her I wanted to send her screen grabs for the zero balance incident so their IT auditors can investigate what is happening.

I find it disgusting that they are taking no accountability for their system glitches. It looks like I now have to take a screen grab every single time my balance changes because their system cannot record anything. I want my R12 back, plus I want an investigation to determine why my current balance looks a lot like only the total of my deposit and my balance before things went to zero.

The website today made another R178 of my money "disappear" in a matter of seconds without me placing a bet. So, I told them I wanted to close my account and withdraw all my money. They then FICAed me a second time. I did what I was supposed to. Guess what? Their website refuses to let me request the withdrawal. I contacted customer service and, as usual, they did not acknowledge there is a problem with their website. Instead they told me to try a different device! I am now reporting them to the Mpumalanga gaming authorities. I want my money!

Lotto Star eventually admitted there was a glitch in their system that had stopped me from requesting my money be withdrawn. This is after I wrote to a lot of people at Lotto Star, the 1609 Group and the gambling authorities, and they deposited the credits I had into my bank account.

I subsequently received a marketing e-mail and clicked on Unsubscribe. I was told by their website I had been unsubscribed. This afternoon, I received yet another marketing e-mail. Does their website not have PHP code in the background that can connect to their database and run a SQL query? Do they need me to write the code for them? I clicked a second time on an Unsubscribe link. This time there was a form to ask why I was unsubscribing. I rep**** they were spamming me. It amazes me though - it should not at this stage - that two unsubscribe links go to two very different unsubscribe pages.

Now, a few minutes ago, I received an e-mail from their customer support, asking me to resend them the screen grabs I had sent them more than once. What is wrong with them? Where are the multiple copies I sent to them and what are they hoping to achieve? I am no longer their customer. I stopped trusting them. I reported them to the gambling authorities. What do they not understand?
