Missing winnings of R8000.00 cancelled by LottoStar for May2021/June2021

My name is Nosipho Lettie Tshabalala I’d number *** cell number ***. Email *** stay in Midrand and always withdraw my winnings at the Boulders Mall

I have been requesting assistance from LottoStar consultants on LottoStar chats (I spoke to agent M****ille who said she/he will escalate my query and agent Altona who gave me your email address regarding below issue)

I sent the an email to their customer service department informing them that I made withdrawals in the month of May 2021-June 2021 ( for amounts of R2000.00, R3500 and R2500)using standard bank instant money and I could not withdraw same as I was very sick, on Monday the 24.07.2021 I went to the standard bank atm to withdraw as per smses I received from LottoStar and I could only access 1 instant voucher of R2000, while 3 of the above mentioned instant voucher smses totalling to R8000.00 said they we “cancelled “

I went inside the bank and they said the sender which is LottoStar should contact standard bank because if the vouchers were cancelled the money was supposed to go back in my LottoStar account and all 3 cancelled withdrawals did not go to my LottoStar account.

I still have the cancelled instant money smses with the voucher numbers and pins which were forwarded to agent Belgrade and he/she has been giving me the same feedback that the bank told their finance department that the vouchers were redeemed, I sent another email asking the same agent by who?where? And when? I also informed him/her that there’s ********** activities in their finance department because it’s their job to find out who cancelled my vouchers? And it’s their job to ask the bank where were these vouchers redeemed and when were they redeemed and ask for photos as all atms have cameras . I’m currently unemployed and pregnant and I’ll be damned if I allow them to ***** winnings that are meant for my rent and food totalling to R8000.00

Hello Peter please assist with other emails(for ombudsman, the Devi show, ombudsman,hawks,Wendy Knowles) of where I can escalate this matter because what I’m picking up here is that if you take longer to withdraw someone from LottoStar or standard bank , cancels and *****s our winnings .
