Missing credits on Lotto Star - no assistance

On Thursday evening I won a bit of money and did a withdrawal bit left just over R180 credits. I went to sleep and when I woke up the next morning all my credits were gone! I sent emails to customer support but they just send me the link for user activity and also confirmed the time I logged out and logged back in the following day bit could not tell me where my credits have gone. Nobody has my login details and I definitely did not play in my sleep!!
