misrepresentation of withdrawal process

I deposited 6k by mistake last thursday and followed the withdrawal process as explained on their website. the money was supposed to be back to me today but when it was not i contacted lottostar who rep**** that i must pay 5% if i want my money back. but nowhere in the withdrawal process this fact is mentioned.
