Lottostar, You Are A Disappointment!!!

I am so beyond frustrated with Lottoland (btw, thank you Kfm for introducing them to me!) I deposited money 5 days ago(was a Wednesday-working day) into their FNB lottostar account from my Capitec account. Til today my money is not reflecting even though I went to the trouble of providing my proof of payment to them. It was a long drawn out process and they eventually responded saying that my money will reflect when it reaches their account. I asked them when might this be, and they did not respond back to my question but instead sent me an automated email asking me to rate their service. I would give you minus 1 stars if I could Lottostar.
