Lottostar worst

So in February / march lottostar decided to suspend my mom's account due to a ***** alert from fnb.

We have noticed lottostar wants to reason to nothing at all.

Lottostar was informed that the fnb account that I used to deposit money into my mom's lottostar account is not my mom's but it seems it falls on dead ears.

We have tried contacting fnb In this regard but they have been so hopeless with this regard with no correspondence what so ever find them after many countless calls.

Not sure how many more times my mom needs to tell lottostar it's not her bank account
