LOTTOSTAR - WITHDRAWAL REQUEST REFUSED

I deposited R 5000 to gamble online, with Lottostar. However I did not win anything substantial, and decided torequest a withdrawal for the balance remaining. This request was rejected by Lottostar, referring me to the terms and conditions. The rejection was based on the grounds, that I did reques funds left from the initial deposit made. According to Lottostar I must pay an admin fee. Lottostar, you can not force a person to keep on gambling, when he/she does not want to contnue. It is my money and you had no right f...... your terms , not paying me out.
