Lottostar up to $#@!

This morning while on lottostar I was credited with R5000 promotional credits. I had been entering their bunny hunt competition. As you can imagine I was over the moon. The moment I started to play with the credits it disappeared. I phoned lottostar and they said that they could see the credits being deposited and they could see it disappearing, they said they would escalate the query and phone me back. Nobody phoned me back so I phoned again only to be told that it was a mistake that it was incorrectly awarded and they were having system errors!!!!! What nonsense!!!!! Why should I be punished for their mistakes!!!!! Surely they make enough money from all of us that play lottostar to let the credits remain????? It feels like all they want is to just take.....
