Lottostar, typical SA mentality. Take what you can give nothing back.

I've been enjoying Lottostar for a long while and yes I've won and I've lost. Recently while playing one specific game credits were deducted at R10 extra per R1. 25 bet that I placed. I had no idea what was happening and in no time all my credits were gone. I escilayed this to customer support and was told that I must have played two games at the same time. This is impossible because the bets were within 1 second of each other. They refused to accept it could be software issue and gladly canceled my account. It's enough that you hardly win but to device a scheme to further rob their patrons..... Shame on you lottostar
