I have no words to describe the disappointment I have with this gambling company 😕 I am not sure if such things are purposely created to traumatized or break families or what. The past 3 days I've been writing emails seeking help in immediately closing the account of my nefew who's is mental illness I submitted all the supporting documents that she's taking medication suffering from mental illness memory loss mood swings she's in last stage of bipolar and major depression it only been a month If she told us join this site she lost everything 💔 2 boys 16 years and 10 months have nothing to eat no water no electricity rent not paid; fees not paid no food no cosmetic the 10 months has no formula milk drinks rooibos tea it pain looking at the situation I believe such site should have people who managers customers profile especially if they keep on recharging with big amount mybe a source of funds should be required also with a limit . I went as far to get CFO of LottorStar Brand marketing manager to quickly close the account it didn't happened. This person tried taking her life after loosing everything leaving innocent kid's stranded being chased out by landlord; 16 year old boy missing school because there's no transport fee and getting a suspension because fees were not paid some debit order's were reversed during exam time a child not attending school because of a mental illness mother who used every cent. I requested all managers on LinkedIn in to interven immediately only to find today an amount close to R3000 the was supposed to pay for her partly rent was used on this site again if the managers I requested to assist quickly closes or frees the account mybe kid's Wil be able to buy bread and baby formula the situation is too bad in a point and elder son want to take he's life as well today he drank spirit to easy the pain we all don't know what went wrong to this young mother who's not an alcoholic all we know she's taking mental illness treating under doctor supervision. I am real requesting the board ;CEO;Executive to go through all the documents I've sent even if you can't refund the money in cash but help the innocent kids etlist food vouchers;her rent because I am unemployed I can't afford anything to help thus kids the best I did was making sure her account is closed of which I believe the last amount she spends would have saved the kids if people I requested and responded took the matter serious as if the lady was the family to them as much as LottorStar it a business to make profits but employees should respect and attend with sense of urgent all the urgent like this one we can't loose mother and kids. On my email I attached everything because I need LottorStar management to assist with anything regarding all the matters and doctor report's submitted.
