LottoStar's \misunderstanding"excuse"""

I received an email from LottoStar offering me R500 in vouchers if I complete a survey. This will help them gain more information from the general public. I was not going to do the survey in the first place, but because i was promised something in return i took the time to fully complete the survey. Straight after i completed the survey I got confirmation that i have successfully completed it. After about 30mins later i got an email stating that there was a misunderstanding and that I will not be getting anything for completing the survey. I believe this to be false advertising and a great big ****! LottoStar gets you to fill out their surveys for their own personal gain and you get nothing in return as promised. Please be very careful and think twice before trusting or trading with this company. Also not the securest set-up I've experienced. Another company with False advertising and False promises!
