LOTTOSTAR QUICK TO TAKE MONEY - DO NOT ASK FOR ANY DOCS -BUT TRY AND WITHDRAW

<p>Lottostar which put themselves across as a legitimate lottery company - license and all. They are very quick to take your money out of your valid South African banking account - in seconds. When you want to withdraw winnings - YOU HAVE TO PUT YOUR MONEY BACK INTO THE BALANCE TO PLAY CREDIT - and when you want to withdraw from there - they require all sorts of FICA documents. Are they a registered financial service provider? If my bank has me Fica'd - then surely an organisation such as this would take the time and effort to check this themselves. Their response to me was - if you use a credit card - we must know that it is valid and above board. I explained I do not use a credit card. Any one else having this terrible service?
