LottoStar owes me R250k prize money

I played at LottoStar over the weekend. I played in their Christmas in July slots tournament. I played from Friday till Monday and just before it ended Lottostar with no warning or explanation at all suspended my account. I have contacted them many times and they have till now not given me any reason why my account was suspended. I ended up in second place Quentin Janse van Vuuren, but Lottostar refused to pay me my winnings of R250000.00. My friend where I stay plays in all their tournaments and he asks us not to play when he plays as he is scared it is against the rules, but then it looked like someone was playing on numerous accounts and when my friend queried that, they said to him that every member in the household is allowed an account and can participate in the race as this is not ***** behaviour, just as long as each member plays on their own account. (have proof of this conversation). So he told me that if I want to play I can play. I have made 3 payments from my own bank account into Lottostar, I was the only one playing on my account the entire weekend, so I did nothing wrong. On their Facebook page I have read messages from people that said the same thing happened to them, those messages get deleted so others can't read it.

Please will you sort this out as Lottostar owes me R250000 prize money.
