Lottostar negligence

Lottostar did not honour my wish to be banned from gambling nationally. I completed all the forms in 2022. They do not want to give me proof that they have sent it to the relevant boards as the boards have no proof of my exclusion. They become defensive and told me to get an attorney and the law to request proof.
