Lottostar IS A ****, A BUNCH OF *******!

I made a withdrawal of R4500 on Saturday the 10th of July, till today the money hasn't been in my account. Spoke their agents, first, James on the 12th and he told me that the money will be in during the course of the day... Then came the 13th, still money isn't in, i then contacted them again and spoke to a lady named Promise.

She then told me I haven't made a withdrawal since last year, then told me she's escalating my matter and that there will be feedback.. Its now the 14th, still no money, no feedback nothing!!!!

I am absolutely annoyed and disappointed by the level of the way complaints are being handled, no one cares all they want is to take your money and rob people!!!

Just bring back all my money I deposited via eft, you can keep your R4500 you ****** *******!
