Lottostar, are they monitored and audited.

I have tried in vain to get an answer to my enquiry as to glitches in their system, they have a generic type response denying any fault but fail to provide the proof . Only they have specific details of members activity log and should be able to provide a comprehensive spreadsheet but they simply repeatedly deflect and state the members must look at the activity log , which does not provide the complete information. If you check the chat threads in any game it is full of accusations of cheating, dishonesty, rigged systems etc . Clearly the Gaming Authorities are not monitoring this company and there needs to be an investigation into their operations. It seems they are based in Latavia which apparently don't have a gaming control board of any sort .
