One 2 occasions I received a bonus of R25... Both expired because no communication was sent out to me.. So I must smell there is a bonus waiting for me... When i spoke to agent Burundi and Sydney both didn't even have customer service skills and when i requested my account to be closed the agent did it within a few seconds not even further investigating why I would like to close 6he account. You quick to deduct the money when we deposit but when we genuinely miss a promotion and we're not notified then i am done supporting a company like this... I'm glad I atleast won more than ideposited.
