Lottostar, a falling star

I played a R5 bet on Lottostar on Saturday 30 August 2022. The bonus win segments of Crazy time wheel game.. My R5 bet was split between Coin flip-R1, Cash hunt-R1, Pachincos- R1 and Crazy time -R2.

The first spin of the wheel stopped on Crazy time, which meant that my R2 (one bet =R1) bet went through for a bonus spin on the Cryzy time wheel.

The first bonus spin of the Crazy time wheel stopped on the Double slot. This meant that my bet of R2 was doubled to win a possible bigger prize x2. Or my bet R2x2=R4 The second spin of the Cryzy time wheel also stopped on Double for the second consecutive time.. This too meant that my bet of R2 is again doubled R2x2=R4 for the second time.

The third spin of the wheel stopped on R40 which meant my initial bet of R2 is turned to a bet of R8 as a result of the 2 doubles. Example: 2x2x2= 8

If the wheel did not stop on double and only stopped on R40 my R2 bet would have won 2xR40=R80 because one bet costs R1 and I played R2.

For 2 Doubles and a R40 I was only allocated R82. This meant each of my R1 bets won R40 plus my bet I get back.

Since there has been 3 spins of the wheel for the colour blue pointer which I selected.(2 doubles first and the third was one of R40) This meant my total winning for my bet of R2 and including my bet should have been R2x2 (first double)x 2(second double)× Prize of R40 Example R2x2x2xR40 as the spins happened.

Lottostar has requested I sent a screenshot of the results as it happened. I did sent this to them. They even admitted on email that double means 2, yet they fail to honour their obligation. They owe me R240 which they fail to payout.

But when your bet loses they take the money immediately.

I just hope that people placing bets should be careful and calculate your winnings carefully. Also know when to stop.
