Lotto stare worst ever

Lotto star decided to just deactivate customers accounts then they say your account is under investigation and request your ID bank statments and photo of you holding your ID then they will keep on telling you it's not clear after a struggle to get the documents to be accepted then they tell you it's been sent to the relevant department and will take 48 hrs you will never hear from them again when you follow up they come whit a lot of excuses the will not if tell you why you are being investigated this is very bad service and the agents got the most funny names like Dubai when you ask them there surname they say they can't give you more info and they are so rude I don't even think they know popia act I hope they can be investigated I will not recommend them to anyone stay away as they will take your money then ivestigate you
