Lotto Star (Terrible customer service)

My Lotto Star account was deactivated without notify me. I contacted the and nobody could tell me why my account was deactivated, I was told to submit my documents which I did, it's been a month now response till date. Everytime I speak to an agent I am told to wait for a response from the accounts department but nothing yet. Nobody can assist me, I have asked for this matter to be escalated but nothing. This is poor customer service it's been more then a month Disgusting.
