Lotto Star more like **** Star

Legacy (MNet’s new drama series) introduced me to Lotto Star and there are quite a few TV programs that advertise as sponsors for the company. I have entered the Bunny Hunt, they promise R5000 promo credits each day to a lucky winner. This morning I saw; well great I won the R5000 promo credits, I played R1000 of it & left the rest to play later. When I logged in later there wasn’t anything left. I asked on the chat if they can trace the credits and then they came back with: they had a system error and had to retract the credits. I said; but it’s unacceptable and can they please escalate the matter further. Same reply. Emailed the support desk but I got the same reply. As a website developer I don’t see how Lotto Star uses “system error” as an excuse to **** people. Surely if you know your system you can correct the error. I would not support this site or company and would highly recommend staying far away from it. They are for sure *******, read all the other reviews and see for yourself, you can ignore the ones with **** good reviews. They probably paid to have them written.
