Lotto star ****mers

I have been playing on Lotto star for years. But yesterday I played again since 6 months ago, and I won R 4000, I tried to withdraw, but then was asked to Fica my documents again, which I don't have an issue with, I have done it before without any issues, but yesterday when I tried to do it, it failed I then contacted them and they adviced me that my log in details are not the same as what is on my banking details for ID nr, but I got remarried I evene sent them my marraige certificate, but I was told I need to and get my divorce papers from my previous marraige first before they will pay out, I mean that was like 14 years ago, now I loose out on my money because they won't pay out before I send them that, it has never been an issue in the past, now all of a sudden they are giving me this problem. All I can say is never again and people watch out for these ****mers
