Lotto star manipulation

Absolutely disgusting that when I play and receive or trigger a feature of any kind, no matter the game, there’s a glitch then the game reloads and for some reason though I can continue the feature I have no further winnings and must be by some coincidence that regardless of game or wager I pick from that point on I NEVER get any other feature and I end up losing all my funds. Now don’t get me wrong I understand it’s called gambling but I’m quite intrigued to know the legality in respect of putting some sort of block, in turn choosing or singling out a players profile to have it set on loss only.

Just food for thought as this seems to be the only way lotto star makes its money off its players, not by chance but by manipulation of its players profiles.
