Lotto Star is *****ing money

Money goes missing from my bank account. I EFT'd R500 today and the amount went off my bank account 3 times ***? I raised the issue with their support desk with supporting documents, but no one could help. I went back on my bank statements and found it has been a trand for months now. Thy basically asked me to prove it after I asked for an audit on my account.
