These people are *****ing money from us. They dont ask for any documents when you transfer money to play. But as soon as you want to Cash out they ask for Bank details, ID and proof of residence. I submit a signed letter and utility Bill from my landlord but they dont accept it and refuce to pay my winnings. Now they want my landlord to fill in a document from them to confirm my address with a copy of their ID. Which my landlord wont because they already gave enough proof of my residency with them.
