LOTTO STAR IS A *******

They have this thing every sunday called the reel jackpot race. they had hte audacity to appoint a winner half an hour into the game and i was kicked out nearly 12 times due to an error on their side. I spoke to a lotto star representative via live chat, and i was told an email will be sent out. I am still waiting. What if i had a good spin and won some money. it appears that the winners are selected before the game starts, and the winning game is selected prior to that. Will they refund the monies i lost on the spins while it was spinning and kicked me out. Yes i am aware gambling is a risk you take, but not if they eat all your money and day after day after day the games give you 30c to win or 10c to win. Which higher authority to you report this company to. to ensure that teh accusations made, are looked into. and as i requested with the person i had a chat to last night, where is a copy of the full script you promised to email me last night already
