Very very disappointed by the service I got from two consultants I spoke to after making a mistake trying to withdraw money,instead their portal showed a donation site which I was not aware until the donation withdrawal was made instead of an EFT withdrawal to my bank😭😭😭😭😭😭I immediately called their contact line and I was told that unfortunately they can't reverse the transaction and it was few minutes after the mistake happened,my question was how?and why did the donation portal had to pop up same time with the withdrawal portal?they never warned their customers to be cautioned of such but yet they can't reverse?I not happy at all and It is not much it was R150 which is money that you play so hard before winning it on their gambling site,I also feel for elderly people who will think they are withdrawing R3000+ only to find out that it was a donation 😭😭😭that they won't even try to help reversing it,it is a **** people should watch out.
