Lotto Star has no fair play for patrons.

I've played numerous times on the Reel Rush slots available at Lotto Star. I really like the look and feel of the slots and it's entertaining. The issue I have is with the algorithms they impose. I've tested a few of the games and had a look at how the reels spin in every sequence. When I play a certain game and quit and choose the same game the spins would be precisely the same as the previous spins. The same symbols will land on each spin and I was able to precisely guess what amount would be paid on each spin and when. I've noticed out of 30 spins the game will pay R 5 or more, then will go cold for the next 10 spins with no wins. Out of an R100, you will only have a return of R30 which means the slot will take 70% of your deposit. The saddest thing of all is the bonuses are non-existent. I've deposited R 500 last week and played 9 different games with a minimum bet and only one of them had a free bonus. The specific game took R300 in playing credits and the free games only gave me a return of R18.63. The total free spins were 15 and 4 free spins landed on symbols with a minimum return. Lotto Star always replies it has all to do with luck and yes you are correct but there's a difference in how you set your payout percentages. Each casino has hot or cold games and the person who invests will make the decision to play certain games and either win or lose but most definitely not at Lotto Star. All the games are set at one percentage payout overall. Since Habanero was introduced the games seem to have a repetitive algorithm and only allow payouts from 20% up to 30%. Once in a while, you will loosen the reels to have a winner and the person who wins big amounts always bets R250 per spin or more. It seems a little far fetched. If there are really people betting that high how much do they spend at a time? R 250 000 to win R 300 000. I play at various other online casino's and never had so many losses on deposits. They at least allow me to win once in a while to withdraw and even free credits to play but Lotto Star seems to impose the casino always wins policy. Please be a little bit more considerate towards your players in the future. I'm not saying to give each player huge amounts of money but at least let a player have some leisure time. The lowest bets with an R 500 deposit won't last more than 20 minutes because there are no bonuses and only small returns every 30 or more spins. #WIN
