I am annoyed with Lottostar I made a payment into their account to play as d they refuse to allocate my payment do that I can okay It was done the same way for the last couple of years a d they always allocated my payment has Covid turned everyone's brain to much all of a sudden they cannot find my payment I am a pensioner and s dry penny I spend me a lot so tell me what do I do
