LOTTO STAR DISHONEST

I recently played some roulette on lotto star. I played a corner bet of the first 4 nrs. 0,1,2,3.. This after the previous nrs that came up were 11, then 31. This was more or less at 17:20 on 18. October 2020 my bet of R 2 was accepted and the ball landed in nr 1. Which should have paid me out R 18. But instead a "please contact customer support" came up. which immediately did.. After many arguments with the online support who asked me repeatedly the exact time when this happened.. And I narrowed it down to 2 min plus minus and gave exact nrs. That came before my successful bet....he did not solve the problem... and referred me to customer service. I did write an email.. To be told..."case solved" with no explanation. I asked again.... for explanation.. Then I was told my bet in question was at 17:09 which is not true... they constructed a scenario which suited them better in order not to pay what is due to me... lotto star owes me R 18... (why would the system tell me to contact customer support if something was not... wrong)... I got no help whatsoever... a big NO to this platform... "
