Lotto Star disappoints

I have been on Lotto Star for about two years now. The first month was fun, I played, I won some and I lost some. But since then, I lose more. I kept it on and played once in a while, loose more than I played, but once in a while I would win a little back, which I took as okay I have fun playing and still get a little back. Payouts were excellent paying out to my bank account promptly.

But this week I had a problem. Played the whole Summer of millions so far. Winning, loosing, same old, same old. This time I at least won a little back and tried the ABSA cash send option for payout. My account says it was paid, but I receive no ten-digit pin. I phoned them, they said they will escalate the problem. I did the chat option on the email sent to me, and the same was said, they would escalate the problem. Still no payout. Very upset with them.
