Lotto star bureaucracy

I made the mistake of adding an extra zero to a deposit, so deposited R500 instead of R50 to make a few bets. Trying to get them to refund the money was like pulling teeth. I requested a withdrawal and they asked for FICA docs, which I did. Then, without any explanation, they rejected the withdrawal. I tried again, and again they rejected it. I got in touch with their "support" people who said I had to pay 5% of the amount I wanted to withdraw. I okayed this and got my money back. I have now asked them to remove all trace of my membership especially my banking details. I have no reason to ever use their services again. I am not surprised that there are so many negative ratings about this bunch.
