Lotto star Asylum seeker's Permit Fica Hate and **************

After joining Lotto Star successfully towards end of March a week then later week later the winnings withdrawal nightmare started. No one seems to care. I even deposited funds from my account yet no one told me that they don't accept asylum seekers. I was told that Zimbabwe isn't a war zone country so they won't accept my permit for Fica yet they registered me and allowed me to deposit funds to bet. The least they could have done is taking responsibility and accountability for the misleading information and hateful speeches I received in my email. I contacted all mer gambling board and the national gambling board no assistance. What an *********** service. What I am going through I do not wish it on anyone in a democratic country where everyone deserves to be accepted regardless any identity, race, religion, gender and skin ***mentation.. Anyone will to assist in following up I can give evidence. Thank you
