Good day. I am really disappointed in LottoStar. As i submitted al documents requested to withdraw the amount i have won. I received i mail on Monday claiming my withdraw was successful and payment will be done. Please not i have received nothing yet. This company takes your money and making promises. I received i phone call yesterday from you consultant Amanda confirming payment will be made and i have to check my bank account. I phoned her today and told her i have received no money yet and she proclaimed to forward me the proof of payment as to i have not received it tell now. Please not that al my phone conversations with her was recorded. I need my money as to i have to pay rent and buy food and promises were made and not kept. I acknowledge that there is no consultants over the weekend and we going to Friday tommorow and no money was send to me. As i said this is from Monday. I will like to assistance
