Lotto disasters

I had a payout request, I called the call centre and a lady by the name of Aiden Casablanca(which I know is not her real name) tells me that a withdrawal made on a Friday only gets paid out on a Monday. They have a cutoff time of 7am for withdrawals. I now understand how many many people rather gamble on Hollywood bets. I asked to speak to a manager and then this person tells me the manager is not available and when I insisted she then told me she will terminate the call, which she did. This will be the last time I ever gamble on this website and I will spread this complaint in my Facebook, X and all my social media.
