Instant Voucher number and pin

I made an withdrawal yesterday in the early hours and I lost the number,so I asked for them to re-send my instant payment voucher number and pin to my updated number.The consultant said it will be resolved within 24hours but still I haven't received anything.I contacted them again asking about the progress,I was told to wait again.I feel like I am going back and forth with them.All I am asking is for them to re-send my voucher number and pin that all.
