I joined lotto star with my asylum seeker's permit which I emailed to them to upload to my profile and I received a confirmation email of approval of identity. I started betting transferring funds from my bank account now when I won they started asking for my identity document which I emailed again to them and stated that they should verify it with department of home affairs, however they refused only to be harassed politically, discriminated on the basis of my country of origin. I have contacted the different departments concerning the issue but no once is bringing Lotto star to book by holding them accountable. How on earth in the first place they accepted and approved my asylum permit if they would not allow me get my winnings?
