I hope the Gambling Board closes this casino down

If I could give a negative Star I would.

Suffice to say losing is not the only thing that is happening at this casino you are also completely wasting your time.

They will lower you in with big unepected wins I can gurantee and as a gambler from yesteryear I can attest that they do this quite skillfully

However people do not be fooled

Since joining it has apart from the first 2 weeks just been losses upon losses upon losses. They have no loyalty programes either like freeplay or incentives for their clientelle. They are just looking for your deposits and that bobble head asking you if you need help everytime you lose will resound the image of that small kid laughing at you when you made a mistake on the cricket pitch or a live concert.

Needless to say lets talk numbers, from a total play of R4m yes you have heard right R4m I have won absolutely jack. worse thing is that this costed me alot of money to attain so the payout ratios shees guys aikhona.

They will send you a polite message that they think you have a gambling problem via email once you suffer a big loss and ask if you would like to deactivate your account just as a measure to see your appetite if your a die hard belief me your contribution is being budgeted for as revenue from that point forward.

I got so fed up I told them to deactivate my account indefinitely and not give me the option to reactivate my account, this in effect being a self exclusion which by law is enforceable for 6 months. Unfortunately I only bit the bullet for two weeks and when I had a couple of drinks in I wanted to pick up the blood I already spilled there, they deliberated up until the point that I received my money(pretty odd will determine if theres a connection in my follow up) but eventually they reactivated my account, Question: is this not a contravention of the regulations by the board they inviting hard core gamblers to continue despite losses?
