Horrible experience

The agents of lotto star are very rude, I won and when I tried to withdraw my winnings the system said I should upload my fica documents, i did that and it took 24hours to verify after the verification I went to check again and discovered that all documents are fine but the proof of residence is a problem and the agent rudely told me the problem is my letter of residence from my municipality then I corrected that this morning i checked it was all approved seconds later i check again now the ID is a problem, from the 9th of June to this date I've been struggling to withdraw my money the system is inefficient and does not consider its clients I was treated rudely and unfairly I reported the matter on the gambling agencies because it seems as though now lotto star wants to de***** me from my own money.
