The customer service of this company is pathetic. There only standard response from everyone for the past 3 weeks has been we have escalated your matter but no-one can give you constructive feedback or assistance at all.

BEWARE WHEN YOU NEED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO RESOLVE A MATTER THEY WILL NEVER ASSIST!
