Hacked

So on Friday the 18th March I won some money..I requested a withdrawal..had some fica issues which was sorted. On sunday 20th I tried to login. I couldn't it said my email address didn't exist. So I Contacted the chat line..at first I was advised that my profile didn't exist..after screen shot they then called me and advised that my lottostar account had been hacked...from Sunday I've had no feedback except that it's under investigation..now surely you should give a customer feed back. Lottostar needs to give me and explanation has to how my email and login was changed without my knowledge. How is it possible that someone tried to send money to themselves via ewallet to their phone number..I wanted to open a case but was told by lottostar that I can't do that
