Great idea, scarily bad execution

<p>Lottostar gives South Africans a great opportunity to bet on overseas lotteries legally and potentially win big prizes. But this great idea is marred by a website that was designed by a misanthropic honehead. Some pet gripes: one can't play the same numbers over several draws easily--one has to input the numbers each time. And if you get a voucher as part of a promotion or reward, you can only use them once your play credits are used up, thus penalising one's most loyal customers. The support staff say, "It's set up like that", but there is no sense that coding could be changed in response to customer feedback. Go figure</p>
