I received an invite to be part of the race that is played on Sundays between 7-10. Yes it sounded exciting as the were 100 guaranteed winners. On the 31/01/21 I also played during the race at about 9something my game was paused and I was told to go back to the game after 15 minutes which I did but at that point I knew something it’s wrong. Anyway I continued playing and at 9:41:07 when I placed my last bet. At 9:42 the was a display saying the race is finished. Nothing else were displayed. I thought maybe we will receive feedback the next day as the is about 100 winners and they have to verify users close to the time. The next morning I checked nothing showing on my inbox hoping we will received notification just like the invites about the race, I just though we deserve to get feedback. Anyway I logged on to the site n realised the winners has been announced my initials are M.N and on the list as position 4 the was M.N. I then thought this it’s just not fair. I’m not saying I was that MN but as they are service providers, they should have thought about informing all the players about the outcome of the race as I assume some of us have the same initials and even the end time was just close. but also it rise concerns if this whole race is even honestly clear I then decided to email their customer service agent to ask how do they inform people in the race if they didn’t make it her answer was it will show if you one on the screen I was not clear what she meant but maybe she meant it should display on the screen maybe one meant if you one of the winners and the ticket was closed still that’s not what I was asking her,I was asking about the rest of the people in the race dat did not make it But to me the answer was still not clear Decided to do live chat with them The agent was like basically u not the winner next question Anyway she end up calling n promise to call back before the end of the day, I’m still waiting I then decided to get an email for their complaints department, yes they give me the email for support which was the first contact of assistance n I didn’t get any clearance

Yeah let’s see if the will be any clearance Im not forcing to be the winner but I’m saying we need to be treated with respect, giving clear fair information and even visibility
