Eft Deposit ****med

Very Pathetic Costumer services, i made secure eft deposit of R112 on my lottor star account deposit hasnt been allocated, i am querying n begging for allocation everyday, useless agent they have I've sent proof of payment & bank statements 100 times they do not want to allocate my deposit. 1st they said connect error happened it be allocated in todays now they lying saying it was allocated. There's no proof allocation of that amount made on my acc on deposit history. They ******** me
