Do not make use of the Charity Donation Function on Lotto Star.

I recently made a withdrawal, but on error selected a donation. This happened due to a change in the system which I was not used to and or aware of.

By selecting this you are deemed to get a refund. By chatting to agents this is the only answer you get, refer to the Terms and Conditions.

No where can Lotto Star Reverse this transaction, seeing that you donated the Funds. Personally I think this is a **** as they can not even show the utilization and or transfer of Funds to this charity.

I need lotto star to assist me in rectifying this, I need the following: 1. The financial transaction indicating that my withdrawal was indeed transferred to this so called charity. 2. The reference number used to transfer my R6,000.00 to this charity. 3. Confirmation that they received my transfer so I can request a refund.
