Customer abuse

I'm writing on the behalf of my brother Njabulo who has been facing financial issues lotto star has been constantly declining his withdrawal from the 25th of February the man has a family bills and kids money is a basic requirement and has been through so much stress pain and I can't explain how heart braking it is to see such a good company fail such an easy process please help guys who read this
