Closing Account and refusal to credit balance under R100

<p> I wanted to close my account. Firstly this cannot be done online, secondly when I got onto onlinechat with Lindiwe Prinsloo she said that it would be done from their side. I asked to be credited with the balance of R22 and was told to do a withdrawal which upon trying to do it got a message that unable to withdraw under R100. When I advise Lindiwe, I got no response and chat was ended. I called and chatted to Armstrong who was also no help at all. Told me that it's in their terms and conditions. I know it's not much money, but surely if Lotto Star takes R22 from a number of individuals it will mount up to a substantial sum. Pure highway *******!!!!! Easy money!</p>
