My Father is 77 to make things easier we let him gamble on the tablet instead of going to the casino as his legs not strong anymore.So he played slots and won descent amount of money.When it comes to withdrawal if was rejected due to fica he did submitted the documents but now he account by legal team.The agents is just so useless they only say the escalate the matter over and over.Father must wait for legal team they wil communicate but still nothing.But no one can say why and fir what reason my Father account is there.When it comes to depositing money they take it with no questions asked but when it comes to getting funds you must go to a lot if trouble to get your money.He won this money on the 24th Dec and today 4Jan almost 2 weeks and he must still wait.I won't recommend this site to anyone.Compare to other gambling site they fall way short and no customer service whats so ever
